Top 9 Books by Osho (List)
In his whole life, Osho only wrote two books by Hand namely, ‘Cup of Tea’ and ‘Seeds of Wisdom’. These were not books in real but were his diaries.
Only except for these two books, all the other books of him are transcribed from his discourses that he used to hold in the mornings and evenings mostly.
The number of such books is around 650 in both Hindi and English languages. Top 9 of which are being described here-

1. The book of Woman
To all those, who think this book will help them understand women better- “Sorry, but it won’t.”
‘The Book of Woman’ is a guide that helps women discover their inner being and not submit to repression. The Book Of Woman is a book that will help women understand what they actually want from their lives.
The book talks about various women-related issues Like Motherhood, Relationships, Family, And Birth Control. Also questions The Concept Of Marriage.
2. Sex Matters: From Sex to Superconsciousness
No guru has ever talked about sex as much as Osho has.
The book talks about the very strange path toward superconsciousness that goes through intercourse.
3. Being in Love
Osho has talked a tonne on Love. ‘Being in love is the collection of those talks.
Most of us often ‘fall in love, which is not the right way to love. As per Osho, ‘being in love is the real ‘true love’.
4. Belief, Doubt, and Fanaticism
The book asks people- ”Is it essential to have something to believe in?” Can’t we just be what we are, without believing in something?
The very concept of believing in something or someone makes us see another person as an ‘enemy’.
Osho says- “We must doubt what we believe in, and should only believe in what we have realized by our inner-selves.”
5. Meditation- The first and Last Freedom
The book talks about the meaning of Meditation and the methods of Osho to Meditation.
Meditation makes the individual free!
6. Tantric Transformation- When Love Meets Meditation
In the ‘Tantric Transformation,’ we are introduced to the sacred and ancient tradition of Tantra by a contemporary Tantric master, Osho. We are given a detailed map of Tantra: inner man, inner woman; the meeting of man and woman; the transformation of energy through sex, love, and meditation.
Based on the Royal Song of Saraha, we are not just introduced to an Asian sex tradition but with Osho, we enter the higher levels of transformation.
7. Tao- The Golden Gate
Osho has frequently emphasized the way of Tao (or the way of love). ‘ Tao- The Golden Gate’ contains the teachings of Lao Tzu in the way of Osho.

8. The Courage- The Joy of Living Dangerously
“Courage is not the absence of fear. It is, rather, the total presence of fear, with the courage to face it.” – Osho
‘The Courage’ talks about ‘how fear originates’, ‘how to understand it, and ‘how to call your inner strength to confront it.’
9. Money, Sex, and Power…
“Money and sex are the lowest, and people are living only in the world of money and sex — and they think they are living. They are not living, they are only vegetating, they are only dying. This is not life.
Life has many more kingdoms to be revealed, an infinite treasure that is not of this world. Neither sex can give it to you, nor money. “Unless you know something which cannot be sold and cannot be purchased unless you know something which is beyond money, you have not known real life.
“With birth, you are not born as a tree, you are born only as a seed, and you have to grow to the point where you come to Flowering, and that Flowering will be your contentment, fulfillment. This Flowering has nothing to do with power, nothing to do with money, nothing to do with politics.”.
