Gym Transformation Story- Day by Day
I had never been to the gym my whole life.
This is the first time, I have been there. Let’s see how it goes.

DAY 1 at the Gym:
Woke up at 6 am.
I ran to the gym that is 1 kilometer away.

Met Trainer and paid fees.
Warm-up and push-ups.
Training1 on Machine by gym trainer
Training2 on Machine by gym trainer
Training3 on Machine by gym trainer
Training4 on Machine by gym trainer
Dumbles of 2.5 kg
DONE!
RESULTS: Energy Whole Day, Fresh Mind.
DIET: Oats, Soya Chunks, 1 CHAI.
DAY 2 at the Gym:
Woke up at 7 am.
My body is paining.
ran to the gym.
Warm-up and push-ups.
Training1 on Machine by myself trainer
Training2 on Machine by myself trainer
Training3 on Machine by myself trainer
Training4 on Machine by myself trainer
Training5 (new) on Machine by Gym Trainer
Dumbles of 5kg each.
DONE!
RESULTS: GAS LEAK, CONSTIPATION RELIEF, BODY PAIN (especially Shoulders).
DIET TAKEN- Mueseli, Soya Chunks, 2 CHAI
OTHER- loose appetite
DAY 3 at the Gym:
woke up at 7:30 am;
Body Paining, No mood to go, but went.
Warm-ups and Pushups.
Training on two new machines, hand pull (down and up).
Dumble of 4Kg each.
RESULT: MOOD FRESH WHOLE DAY, GOOD FOCUS ON WORK, NO CONSTIPATION
DIET TAKEN- Mueseli, Soya Chunks, 3 CHAI,
OTHER: loose appetite, body pain less.
DAY 4 at the Gym:
woke up at 7:30 am;
Body Paining, No mood to go (almost decided not to go), but went.
diet and other things same as before.
RESULTS: CONSTIPATION RELIEF, NO GAS!
WEIGHT: 59.2KG (WITH SHOES) (had half plate lunch last day)
DAY 5 at the Gym:
woke up at 8:00 am;
mood to go.
diet same as before.
RESULTS: EYES WIDE OPEN, CLARITY IN MIND AND VISION.
WEIGHT: 59.8KG(WITH SHOES) (had full plate lunch last day).
